Nous savons maintenant que la CFDT (Fédération des Services) travaille main dans la main avec certains employeurs très puissants comme Monoprix par exemple.

Comme dans une entreprise, quand certains Délégué ou représentant sont trop virulents et revendicatifs, les directions appellent directement la « hiérarchie syndicale » (la Fédération en haut) pour recadrer le représentant des syndicats, C’est arrivé par exemple la semaine dernière chez Carrefour Market !

Voilà pourquoi nous avons été obligés de devenir Indépendant et de quitter la CFDT qui ne représente plus les valeurs que nous défendons.

Le seul souci de la CFDT est de faire des adhésions, mais dans quel but?

• Savez-vous que la CFDT a fait 53 millions d’euros de « chiffres d’affaire » en 2014 ?
• Savez-vous que la CFDT dispose d’une petite réserve de fonds propres de 311 millions d’euros ?
• Savez-vous qu’il y a des DRH un peu partout dans les structures CFDT, comme dans les entreprises ?
• Savez-vous que ces DRH licencient, négocient des ruptures conventionnelles comme dans une entreprise ?
• Savez-vous qu’il y a des salariés de la CFDT qui attaquent la CFDT aux Prud’hommes ?

De notre point de vue, la CFDT – tout comme le PS aujourd’hui – trahit sa mission de défense des intérêts collectifs et individuels des salariés ;nous en avons la preuve flagrante avec le projet de loi El Khomri que la CFDT défend et soutient avec force dans la Presse.

La CFDT a même suspendu des responsables syndicaux qui avaient osé manifesté contre !
