Relations sociales chez Carrefour : un ancien délégué CFDT CARREFOUR témoigne.

Cela fait plusieurs années déjà que celui que nous appellerons Laurent a quitté la CFDT.

Parce qu’il était en profond désaccord politique avec la centrale et parce qu’il n’en pouvait plus des méthodes de cette organisation qu’il qualifie de « véritable secte ».

Laurent : « Quand on est à la CFDT CARREFOUR , on pense CFDT, on vit CFDT, on est complètement formaté. C’est la pensée unique et tu dois faire comme on te dit. Tu n’as qu’une démocratie de façade, tout est bien contrôlé et centralisé. La ligne politique vient d’en haut. Et si tu commences à te faire remarquer en étant trop revendicatif par exemple, tu es vite recadré et c’est le chantage au mandat : tu te calmes ou on te retire ton mandat et tu perds ta protection. »

Pendant des années, Laurent a été délégué syndical CFDT au sein d’une enseigne du groupe Carrefour.

Il connait de l’intérieur le fonctionnement bien rodé des « relations sociales » entre la direction et les organisations syndicales représentatives.

Aujourd’hui, écœuré par ce qui se passe dans le groupe, il témoigne.

Laurent : « La CFDT Carrefour a signé un accord, avec la direction et d’autres syndicats, qui permet aux organisations syndicales représentatives de bénéficier d’avantages et de moyens bien supérieurs à ce qui est prévu par la loi. Elles ont plein de militants détachés de leur poste de travail, la plupart des frais de transport et de bouche sont remboursés. Elles ont aussi des cartes bancaires du groupe pour éviter d’’avancer les frais de location de voitures, l’achat de billets d’avion ou autres. Plus tous les extras.

Par exemple, tous les ans les syndicats ont le droit de réunir leurs militants pour des formations  syndicales dans le lieu de leur choix. Tout ça aux frais de la direction de Carrefour.

Nous, on faisait ces formations dans un hôtel-golf 4 étoiles en SologneCFDT CARREFOUR, avec piscine et tout.

Ça durait 3 jours, 3 longs jours de formatage intensif avec pour invités d’honneur… le DRH du groupe et plein de représentants de la direction !

Je rappelle qu’il s’agissait de « formations syndicales » pour apprendre à bien militer. La CFDT Carrefour trouvait tout à fait normal que la direction s’invite à ces formations ! Aujourd’hui, je trouve ça dingue.»

Remarquez, quand on pense que l’invité d’honneur aux 50 ans de la CFDT était Manuel Valls, alors 1er ministre… On ne s’étonne plus de rien.

Pas étonnant que les militants n’aient pas la culture de l’affrontement !

Lors de ces formations, Laurent se souvient des responsables syndicaux CFDT qui se pressaient autour des dirigeants Carrefour, surtout autour du DRH groupe, la star avec laquelle il fallait être vu…

Laurent tient aussi absolument à nous parler de la façon dont se passaient les « négociations » au sein du groupe.

Laurent :« En amont de nos réunions INTERNES syndicales, destinées à préparer les négos, notre délégué syndical central groupe nous demandait de proposer chacun une liste de questions à destination de la direction.

Seulement voilà, parmi toutes ces questions, seules quelques-unes auraient la chance d’être « sélectionnées » pour être posées à la direction lors de la réunion.

C’est le délégué de groupe qui sélectionnait les questions.

Comme je protestais parce que je tenais absolument à poser les questions que je voulais et en direct, on me répondait : non mais tu comprends, ça ne se fait pas de prendre la direction en traître, on est pas dans un tribunal. Si tu as des questions à poser, tu le fais pendant le repas, tranquille. Pas pendant la réunion ! Je te présenterai au DRH et tu pourras lui parler.

Et en effet, les repas étaient eux aussi soigneusement orchestrés : les plans de table étaient faits par la direction et, à chaque table, il y avait un membre de la direction avec lequel on pouvait papoter de tout et de rien. De rien surtout.

Par contre, c’est sûr qu’on mangeait bien. La direction nous gavait comme des oies.

Ensuite, la direction était présente à nos réunions INTERNES de préparation de négos. Ce que, encore une fois, la CFDT trouvait tout à fait normal.

C’est sûr que comme ça, il n’y avait pas de mauvaises surprises pendant les réunions officielles. La direction avait tranquillement préparé ses réponses. Pas de vagues, du moins aucune qui n’ait été prévue à l’avance.»

Laurent est amer. Il se souvient d’avoir rongé son frein lors de ces réunions qu’il juge  « parfaitement inutiles ».

Laurent : « Suite à l’annonce du plan social de Bompard, j’entends et je lis dans la presse que tout ça est négocié avec les organisations syndicales.

Vu ce que j’ai vu et ce que j’ai vécu, je me dis qu’il y a de grandes chances pour que les salariés soient dans la merde. Parce qu’ils ne sont pas vraiment représentés.

Vous savez ce que je pense ? Je pense que le coup de la prime de participation qui est passé de 600 à 50 euros juste cette année, c’est fait exprès.

Pour dévier l’attention des salariés du plan social et permettre à certaines organisations syndicales de montrer les muscles pour obtenir un truc. Ça a donné du crédit à la CFDT CARREFOUR qui lance un petit appel à la grève bien encadré… On mobilise du monde entre 12h et 14h pour que les journalistes diffusent et hop… la direction recule en lâchant des sous qu’elle comptait donner aux salariés dès le départ.

Mais ça, les salariés ne s’en rendent pas compte et la plupart font confiance à la CFDT.

Tout ça c’est du pipeau pour faire de la pub aux organisations syndicales maisons.

Et du coup, tout le monde est gagnant :

  1. la direction car elle a un ou plusieurs syndicats à sa botte pour tout signer et contenir les contestations.
  2. la CFDT car, grâce à la direction, elle est crédible face aux salariés qui adhérent ce qui lui permet de grossir et de s’imposer pour avoir la représentativité nécessaire. La boucle est bouclée…

On verra bien si la grève du 31 mars 2018 « sans lendemain » chez Carrefour va se maintenir et continuer. J’espère vraiment me tromper, mais à mon avis il ne se passera rien… car la direction va faire des annonces que la CFDT va s’approprier.»

C’est qui est vrai, c’est que Laurent et d’autres militants de Carrefour avaient vu venir le coup de la prime de participation. Ils nous avaient prévenus et nous avions même fait un communiqué de presse le 15 mars dernier.

Ça n’a pas loupé, le lendemain les syndicats annonçaient qu’ils avaient obtenu de la direction une augmentation du montant de la participation. Tout ça est soigneusement organisé, pour que personne ne perde totalement la face.

A part les salariés évidemment qui, faute d’être défendus comme il le faudrait avec un vrai rapport de force, vont tout perdre.

Ce qui se passe chez Carrefour est malheureusement le reflet de ce qui se passe dans notre pays. Les réformes de casse sociale des gouvernements libéraux qui se succèdent ne rencontrent aucune réelle opposition des puissantes centrales syndicales. Pire, derrière quelques gesticulations de façade, elles accompagnent le mouvement.

Pourtant, tout peut être reconstruit. Les centrales syndicales n’existent qu’en tant qu’unions de syndicats. Si les syndicats les quittaient et reprenaient leur indépendance, par exemple lors de la prochaine vague d’élections professionnelles, elles ne seraient plus rien… Il est grand temps de rétablir un véritable rapport de force.

Aujourd’hui, Laurent agit en accord avec ses convictions dans un syndicat de lutte, indépendant et démocratique… Vous devinerez aisément lequel 😉
