Notre syndicat, le SCID, est représentatif dans la société Logistique Galeries Lafayette de Bussy Saint Georges.

La direction nous connait donc bien. Et on dirait qu’elle n’aime pas beaucoup notre franc parler et notre côté revendicatif…

En tous cas, elle ne nous traite pas comme les autres organisations syndicales, certes plus conciliantes et arrangeantes.

Il faut dire que bientôt auront lieu les élections des futurs représentants du personnel pour les 4 prochaines années.

C’est un enjeu important pour la direction du groupe. Quels seront les syndicats qui lui feront face pendant 4 ans ? Des bons toutous ? Ou des pitbulls ?

Certains faits récents nous laissent à penser que la direction préfèrerait des bons toutous qui signent tout sans faire d’histoire.

Ces faits récents – ou devrait-on dire, les délits récents, les voici.

En vertu des dispositions de l’article L 2314-5 du code du travail, nous nous sommes présentés le mardi 20 septembre 2022 pour participer à la 3éme réunion du protocole d’accord préélectoral organisée par la direction.

A notre arrivée, la directrice des Ressources Humaines a refusé à des membres du syndicat d’accéder au local du SCID. 1er délit d’entrave à l’exercice du droit syndical.

Puis, elle a laissé des membres de notre organisation syndicale sur le trottoir, leur interdisant l’accès à la réunion de préparation des élections. 2ème délit d’entrave.

Signalons au passage que les autres organisations syndicales – la CFDT, la CGT, la CFTC, la CGC, FO et UNSA sont rentrées sans problème.

Auparavant, le 5 septembre 2022, la direction avait annulé la 1ère réunion prétextant qu’elle avait besoin de temps pour vérifier la capacité de certains syndicats à participer à la réunion de négociation du PAP.

Le 12 septembre 2022, elle a à nouveau annulé la réunion sous prétexte que les débats étaient houleux.

Le 20 septembre 2022, sans aucune raison, elle a organisé une réunion en catimini avec ses « syndicats partenaires », dans une autre salle que celle prévue et sans nous prévenir, alors que nous étions sur le site.

3ème délit d’entrave et de non-respect de l’obligation de loyauté de l’employeur.

Car il y a encore des lois dans ce pays. Et la direction, en faisant n’importe quoi, met en péril la validité des élections à venir.

Il ne faudra pas se plaindre si ces élections sont annulées et qu’il faut tout recommencer…

Voici le courrier que nous avons envoyé à toute la direction. Nous publierons leur réponse.
