Magasins Galeries Lafayette: appel à la grève contre le travail du soir.

Les salariés des Galeries Lafayette Haussmann sont appelés à la grève vendredi pour protester contre le projet de la direction d’ouvrir le magasin parisien tous les jours jusqu’à 20h30, avec arrêt du volontariat au-delà de 19h00 et remise en cause de primes existantes, a-t-on appris jeudi de source syndicale.

« Salariés des Grands Magasins, n’attendez pas que les négociations soient terminées, mobilisez-vous maintenant pour votre avenir ! », écrit le SCID, seul syndicat à appeler à la grève. Le syndicat demande « le maintien du volontariat (pour les horaires au-delà de 19h00), le maintien des primes existantes » et proteste « contre l’extension des horaires d’ouverture », a indiqué à l’AFP David Pereira, un de ses représentants.

La direction des Galeries Lafayette a entamé des négociations avec les syndicats en vue d’ouvrir à partir de début 2017 son magasin du boulevard Haussman jusqu’à 20h30, selon plusieurs sources syndicales. Le magasin ferme jusqu’à présent à 20h00, hormis le jeudi (20h30).

Dans les magasins, la violence au travail ne se voit pas, mais elle peut avoir des conséquences graves sur la santé et la vie personnelle et familiale des salariés.

Déréguler toujours davantage le temps de travail est une violence faite aux salariés et à leurs proches. Les équilibres qui nous composent et structurent nos vies sont bouleversés, voire anéantis. Notre santé peut être durement et durablement impactée.

Mais ces considérations n’intéressent guère les grands patrons du commerce qui n’ont qu’une seule et unique obsession : toujours plus de rentabilité.

Alors que les Grands Magasins parisiens sont déjà ouverts en nocturne, qu’ils peuvent ouvrir douze dimanches par an, ils en veulent encore et toujours plus : le BHV a dores et déjà décroché un accord pour ouvrir tous les dimanches, le Bon Marché et le Printemps sont en cours de négociation et les Galeries Lafayette cumulent volonté obsessionnelle d’ouvrir tous les dimanches et recul de l’heure de fermeture le soir à 20H30 ! Jusqu’où iront-ils ?

Nous, le SCID, qui sommes notoirement opposés à la généralisation des ouvertures du dimanches et de nuit, sommes très inquiets de la tournure prise par ces négociations et de l’absence de réactions des organisations syndicales majoritaires.

Nous SAVONS que les compensations négociées aujourd’hui ne pourront pas être pérennes dans le temps.

Nous SAVONS que certaines catégories de salariés, comme les cadres et la démonstration n’auront pas le choix.

Nous SAVONS que l’ouverture des dimanches entraînera inévitablement : une escalade des objectifs, des primes en baisse, des négociations salariales encore plus dérisoires, toujours plus de pressions…

Le SCID défend le droit à une vie sociale et familiale épanouie.

Le SCID défend des conditions de travail décentes et une reconnaissance salariale à la hauteur des efforts et des bénéfices des entreprises.

Plus les enseignes sont rentables, plus les conditions de travail des salariés se dégradent ! Cela suffit !
